RE/MAX Vision has relocated its office to a new Baka location on Derech Beit Lechem. From this centrally located office, we have 11 professional agents serving all of Jerusalem's popular neighborhoods, including Rehavia, Talbieh, Old Katamon, Baka, German Colony, Nachlaot, Sha'arei Hesed, City Center, Arnona, Talpiot, and others.
RE/MAX Capital has been merged with the RE/MAX Vision office, and continues serving the attractive Jerusalem neighborhoods of French Hill, Ramat Eshkol and Ma'alot Dafna.
All of our agents are experts in their respective neighborhoods. As licensed professionals, they are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest levels of service. Alyssa Friedland
Alyssa Friedland (Co-Owner/Broker/Agent): came to RE/MAX after several years as the top agent for a competing agency. Friedland has a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. With almost $100 million in property sold over the past 11 years, Alyssa provides her clients with top level professional service to create a proven track record of results; proof of which is in her number of repeat clients and client referrals. Roger Friedland
Roger B. Friedland (Co-Owner/Broker/Office Manager) comes to RE/MAX with 25 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant, and 12 years as the owner of his own tax practice in Houston, Texas. Roger moved to Israel in 1995 with his wife, Alyssa, and their 4 children. Roger is bilingual (English and Hebrew), and serves as office manager of both offices, assisting his sales staff and overseeing all administrative duties within the office.

Annette Rosen
Annette Rosen serves the neighbourhoods of Baka and Musrara. Born and raised in the Netherlands she came first to Israel in 1981. She is the proud mother of three children and is a registered nurse with Dutch, British and Israeli certificates. Before joining RE/MAX VISION in 2004 Annette studied art at Georgia State University and Bezalel Academy of Art. Annette lived for long periods in London, New York, Cairo, New Delhi, Amman and Atlanta.
She is fluent in Dutch, Hebrew, English and German.

Hadar Coblentz
Hadar Coblentz came to RE/MAX Capital after working at another agency. Hadar also has 9 nine years experience in the real estate industry. She is the buyer's agent in the neighborhood of French Hill/Tzameret HaBira & Ramat Eshkol.

Raphi Bloch
Raphi Bloch made aliyah from South Africa in 1991. Born & bred in Zimbabwe, Raphi is a CPA and worked for many years with the Israel Tax Authority before joining RE/MAX Vision. Raphi specializes in investment properties as well as residential property in the Old City, Musrara and the City Center. Raphi is married with 5 children.

Ilana Nelson came to Israel in 1999 from Toronto. She has a Masters degree in Jewish Education and has taught Jewish Studies courses in the Jerusalem area. Ilana is trilingual, speaking English, French and Hebrew. She is currently serving the Rehavia community. Ilana has the enthusiasm, caring, language, and people skills that allow her to meet the needs of her clients efficiently and with a smile. She is married with a little girl.

Originally from Argentina, Yona Smith moved to Israel in 2001 after living and working in England, New Zealand and Australia. She has many years of experience as a sales consultant, and managed a department in one of the largest companies in Jerusalem prior to joining RE/MAX Vision. Elia Gabai is a native Jerusalemite, who came to RE/MAX Vision upon completion of her degree in Business Administration.
